Hi Guys, I just wanted to possibly suggest the reason Aiden Fucci (?) the 14 year old who killed the cheerleader, whose charge was reduced to 2nd degree murder is maybe because he did not pick the girl out specifically before luring and murdering her. Maybe 1st degree has to have intention of killing a specific person? Just something I thought of when Rachel raised the question of why his charge was reduced from 1st to 2nd degree nursery.
