Victim Impact Statement: Jane's story of domestic abuse, stalking and death threats

Jane met a man who appeared to be a victim of emotional abuse, and gave an Oscar-calibre performance in the role of supportive partner and expectant-father. To her horror, following the birth of her daughter, he became abusive. Abuse led to stalking and death threats. The effects on Jane, her family and her health continue to impact her to this day.
